Broke the wire on your wire hair unit? Lost one or both of your wire hair unit closures or wire hair unit hooks? Well, Weftbar has got you covered with our Replacement Wire for Wire Hair Extensions Kit. UPDATE (12/17/2020): The kit is available with closures or hooks.

Good for use with other wire hair unit brands
Some brands use hooks while some other brands do not. Weftbar offers two semi universal wire hair unit repair kits to work with most wire hair unit brands.

  • The KIT with CLOSURES include a 24-inch transparent replacement wire that can be cut down to size and four closures to match the color of your wire hair unit.
  • The KIT with HOOKS includes a 24-inch transparent replacement wire that can be cut down to size, two hooks (transparent or black), and four closures to match the color of your wire hair unit.
  • Each kit also comes with a how-to guide for re-wiring the wire hair unit using the replacement wire and closures.

Easy to use repair kit

  • For the KIT with CLOSURES, thread the wire through the elastic hoops of the wire hair unit, and use the closures to permanently lock the wire in place.
  • For the KIT with HOOKS, first place the hook on one side of the wire hair unit using the pre-threaded end of the replacement wire. Secondly, thread the other end of the wire through a closure. Thirdly, continue threading the wire through the hook, and then back through the closure to permanently lock the wire in place.

What to do if my wire hair unit has hooks
So, for those who have wire hair units with hooks you can use our Kit with Closures. Thread the wire through the elastic hoops of the wire hair unit, then use the closures to permanently lock the wire in place you would no longer need to use the hooks attached to your wire hair unit. Or you can use our Kit with Hooks.

In-stock Items

Processing of most in-stock items take approximately TWO business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. In-stock items ship the next business day following processing. We do NOT process and ship orders in the same day.

Out-of-stock Items

Most (not all) out-of-stock items ship FOUR business days after the order has been made unless otherwise stated. For example, if an order for an out-of-stock or backorder item is placed on Monday, then the order will ship on Friday.

Customs, VAT, International Shipments

Weftbar does not accept liability for Taxes, VAT, Duty or any other import tax to your country. Taxes, VAT, Duty or any other import tax to your country is between your country's Customs Department and you, the customer. We do our best to conform with any and all country import requirements.

Return & Exchange Policies

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE I’VE PAID?
We do not perform order cancellations or refunds due to external, personal plan changes that may occur that are unknown and unrelated to Weftbar Hair Extensions once the order has been paid at checkout.

WHAT IF THE BLONDE COLOR I PURCHASED IS LIGHTER OR DARKER THAN I WANT?
You can take our processed blonde extensions to a pro stylist to either tone up or tone down the blonde hair color.

HOW DO I MAINTAIN/KEEP THE HAIR TEXTURE CURL PATTERN INTACT?
Easily maintain the texture/curl pattern of the extensions by letting it air dry as much as possible. Also, avoid straightening the extensions too often. Constant flat ironing may result in curls/waves stretching out of shape. Sleep with hair extensions in a two-strand twist to keep waves intact.

IS CUTTING MY EXTENSIONS MYSELF A GOOD IDEA? CAN I CUT MY EXTENSIONS?
Razoring or blunt cutting extensions can result in splitting the ends of the hair. Those split ends will cause hair to knot with friction. Our in-house stylist recommends that you have the ends professionally trimmed by a pro stylist used to working with extensions to prevent damaging the ends.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we CANNOT change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
